From monks to mountains, adventure to archaeology, this 6 Day trip to the South West explores the world-famous peninsulas of Beara, Dingle and the Ring of Kerry.
On this legendary Wolfhound adventure you'll follow on an Irish trail of ancient warriors, adventurers, monks and mythical creatures.
Explore and hike along the Ring of Kerry, visit the ruined island-monastery of Skellig Michael*, explore the breathtaking wilderness of the Beara and Dingle Peninsulas. See soaring eagles, nesting puffins and enjoy chance encounters with whales, dolphins and basking sharks.
This 6 Day Adventure Tour explores the South West of Ireland like no other. You can kayak with seals in West Cork, walk through the ancient forests of Gougane Barra, visit ringforts, stone circles and wonderful beaches.
You will hear traditional Irish music in the evenings and eat wonderful local cuisine and fresh seafood in local restaurants and pubs.
And with Wolfhound Adventure Tours there's no need to rush - as well as over-nighting on the Ring of Kerry Atlantic coast, in the magical mountain setting of Gougane Barra and the colourful traditional town of Kenmare on the Ring of Kerry, we spend a double overnight in the stunning fishing town of Dingle which means there's no need to pack every day.
Two fun filled nights of traditional music, friendly locals and arts and crafts in Dingle and lots of time to explore the 56 pubs in the town.
Because we are not tied to a fixed itinerary you are free to choose when and where you 'd like to hike and explore more. Remember with Wolfhound – It's Your Adventure.
